My Daily Makeup Tutorial

My Daily makeup takes me about 15-20 minutes to complete, although I'm learning to do it faster:) My best makeup advice/tutorials come from the lovely Danielle Peazer, so I'm learning how to be really good at applying makeup from her.
I start with a really good moisturizer, I use Neutrogena oil-free with Sunscreen. I learned early on how important it is to wear moisturizer, even when going make-up free. I've been using this one for three years, even before I started wearing any makeup. It keeps my skin feeling fresh and soft and combats against sun and other harmful things I encounter throughout the day.

Next I put on my favorite foundation, Covergirl Ready-Set-Gorgeous fresh in ivory. It comes in a nice little tube and is super easy to apply. I love how it evens out my skin-tones and completely conceals any blemishes or pimples I have.

Then I use a basic concealer pen under my eyes, my nose, and forehead to further cover up any other imperfections. I always keep this handy in my purse, incase I'm ever in a pinch without makeup.

Then I apply Covergirl pink blush on my cheekbones, to give them a bit of color and zing.
To fill in my eyebrows, I use a Maybelline brown eyeshadow, in a dark metallic color.

Eye makeup: Most of the time I wear a dark brown Clinque eyeshadow, since I love how it brings out the blue in my eyes. It also looks very natural and minimal. Occasionally though, a few times a week, I'll go for a dark blue or light green look to enhance my face.

Before I put on eyeshadow though, I first apply Clinque brown eyeliner all the way across my top and bottom lid. Clique products are very good quality and extremely easy and fast to apply, by the way! I recommend them to anyone who is just starting out in makeup.
Then I put on Clinque waterproof mascara or( if going for a more extreme look) Loreal Paris Voluminous mascara. Most of the time, I apply two coats, since my eyeshadow isn't very dramatic looking.

Finally, I use my favorite lipstick from Revlon, a bright pink (Primrose) color. When I'm wearing dark eye makeup, I'll wear a lighter pink in order to only call attention to my eyes.
